Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Biohack Therapeutics Affiliate Program (“the Program”). By applying, you agree to them.

1. The relationship

You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency. You are not authorised to make any representation, commitment, or agreement on our behalf, or to describe yourself as an employee, agent, or representative of the company.

You control your own methods, hours, and manner of promotion, subject to the restrictions in these terms.

2. Taxes

You are solely responsible for all taxes arising from amounts you earn under the Program, including income tax and any applicable sales taxes.

We do not withhold or remit tax, make source deductions, or contribute to any employment-related program on your behalf. Amounts paid to you are gross.

If you are registered for GST/HST or an equivalent, you are responsible for determining whether tax applies to your commission and for accounting for it correctly.

We may be required to report amounts paid to you to tax authorities. You agree to provide accurate tax information — including legal name, address, and tax or business number — on request. We may withhold payouts until this information is provided.

You are advised to seek your own tax advice. We do not provide it.

3. How commission works

On approval you receive a unique tracking code. When a customer places an order using your code, that order is attributed to you and you earn commission on it.

Commission is 25% of the product subtotal. Shipping and tax are excluded from the calculation.

Commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually pays, after any bulk pricing or promotional discount applied to their order.

Your code does not give customers a discount. It exists solely to attribute orders to you.

Commission rates may change. Changes apply to orders placed after the change takes effect, never retroactively. Your current rate is always shown on your affiliate dashboard.

Commission is earned only on completed orders placed through our website using your code. You do not purchase, hold, or resell inventory.

4. Payment

Commission accrues when an order is marked complete and becomes payable after a holding period of 30 days, allowing time for returns, refunds and chargebacks to resolve.

Payouts are processed monthly, subject to a minimum balance of $50 CAD. Balances below the minimum carry forward.

If an order is refunded, cancelled, or charged back, the associated commission is reversed. If it has already been paid, it is deducted from your next payout.

5. Prohibited claims — read this section carefully

All products are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not for human consumption. Your promotion must be consistent with that at all times.

You must not, in any medium:

  • State or imply that any product treats, cures, prevents, diagnoses, or mitigates any disease, condition, injury, or symptom
  • Provide dosing information, protocols, schedules, cycles, or administration guidance of any kind
  • State or imply that any product is intended for human use or consumption
  • Make claims about weight loss, muscle gain, athletic performance, recovery, anti-ageing, cosmetic effect, sexual function, or cognitive enhancement
  • Share personal-use accounts, results, testimonials, or before-and-after imagery
  • Reference prescription or brand-name pharmaceuticals, including but not limited to Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound
  • Present yourself as a medical, healthcare, or scientific professional, or imply professional endorsement or supervision
  • Compare our products to approved drugs or suggest equivalence
  • Direct promotion at anyone under 18

This section is not negotiable. It exists because claims made by affiliates are attributed to us by payment processors and regulators, and a single violation can end the ability of the entire program to operate.

6. Marketing restrictions

You must not:

  • Run paid advertising for our products on Google, Meta, TikTok, or any platform whose policies prohibit them
  • Bid on our brand name or domain in paid search
  • Post your code to coupon aggregator, deal, or discount-sharing websites
  • Send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or messages
  • Use our name, logo, or content in a way suggesting you are the company
  • Create websites, social accounts, or listings that could be mistaken for official channels
  • Make any statement about our products that we have not published ourselves

Where in doubt, use our own published product descriptions. They are written to be compliant.

7. Your code

Your code is personal to you. You may not use it on your own purchases, and you may not transfer, sell, or share it for use outside genuine referral activity.

Because your code carries no discount, posting it publicly serves no purpose for customers and would only attribute orders you did not refer. Doing so will result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commission.

8. Termination

Either party may end participation at any time, for any reason, with written notice.

We may suspend or terminate participation immediately, and withhold unpaid commission, where we reasonably believe you have breached section 5, 6, or 7, or engaged in fraudulent activity.

On termination, commission properly earned before termination remains payable, subject to the holding period and the exceptions above.

9. Changes

We may amend these terms. Material changes will be notified to the email address on your account. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance.

10. No guarantee

Participation does not guarantee earnings. Product availability, pricing, and commission rates are set at our discretion and may change.
