Refund Policy

Biohack Therapeutics supplies research-grade compounds intended for laboratory use. Because these materials cannot be verified, restocked, or resold once they have left our control, our return terms are necessarily narrow. This page sets out exactly when a return or refund is possible.

All sales are final

Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once they have been processed for dispatch. The single exception is set out below.

Please review your order before completing checkout. Compound, vial size, and quantity are all shown on the order summary.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or contains something other than what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right.

To open a claim we will ask for:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the outer packaging, the vials, and any visible damage
• A short description of the problem

Once the claim has been reviewed we will, at our discretion, send a replacement or arrange another resolution appropriate to the circumstances.

Claims raised outside the notification window, or without supporting documentation, may not be eligible.

Items we cannot accept back

Research materials are non-returnable once delivered, unless confirmed damaged or incorrect on arrival.

We cannot accept the return of any product that has been opened, reconstituted, decanted, altered, or otherwise handled after delivery. This is a matter of product integrity rather than policy preference: once a vial has left documented storage conditions, its condition can no longer be verified.

Returns sent to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

How approved refunds are issued

Where a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method used for the order. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and are outside our control. We do not issue refunds by any other method.

Changes to this policy

We may revise these terms. The version published on this page at the time your order is placed is the version that applies to that order.
