These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Biohack Therapeutics. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Research use only
Every product sold on this site is supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research use.
Nothing sold here is a drug, supplement, food, cosmetic, or medical device. Nothing sold here is intended for human or veterinary consumption, ingestion, injection, application, or any form of administration. No product has been evaluated or approved by Health Canada, the FDA, or any other regulatory authority for any therapeutic purpose.
By placing an order you confirm that:
- You are the age of majority in your province (18 or 19 depending on where you live)
- You are purchasing solely for laboratory research purposes
- You are qualified and equipped to handle research materials safely
- You will not administer any product to yourself, another person, or an animal
- You accept full responsibility for the lawful handling, storage, use and disposal of anything you purchase
If you cannot make each of these confirmations, do not place an order.
2. Product information
Product descriptions, certificates of analysis, and reference material on this site are provided for informational purposes for qualified researchers. They are not instructions for use, and they are not medical, scientific, or professional advice.
Any calculators or reference tools on this site perform unit conversion on values you enter. They do not recommend quantities and must not be treated as guidance.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe these terms have been breached, where a product is unavailable, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
Where we cancel an order that has already been paid, the payment is refunded in full.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. The price shown at the time your order is placed is the price that applies to that order.
We make every effort to display prices accurately. Where a pricing error is obvious, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund it rather than fulfil at the incorrect price.
5. Shipping and returns
Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Return and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
6. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use this site to break any law, to place fraudulent orders, to resell products in a manner that misrepresents their intended use, to interfere with the site’s operation or security, or to extract its content by automated means.
8. Our content
The content of this site, including text, product descriptions, images, branding, and reference tools, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or republish it commercially without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of any product in a manner inconsistent with these terms, including any form of human or animal administration.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of any product purchased from us.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
12. Changes
We may revise these terms. The version published at the time your order is placed is the version that applies to that order.
