Biohack Therapeutics respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act.
Information you give us
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, billing and shipping address, and phone number. You do not need an account to order.
If you create an account, we also store your login credentials and order history.
If you leave a product review, we store your name, email address, the review text, and any photographs you choose to upload.
If you apply to our affiliate or seller programs, we store the information you enter on the application form.
Information collected automatically
When you use this site we record your IP address and browser user agent. These are attached to orders and to product reviews, and are used for fraud prevention and spam filtering.
If you arrive through an affiliate link or use an affiliate code, we log the referral: the code used, the page you arrived on, the referring website, your IP address, and whether the visit resulted in an order. This is how affiliate commission is attributed.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Doing so may prevent the cart and checkout from working.
Why we collect it
We use your information to process and ship orders, provide customer support, send transactional email about your order, prevent fraud and abuse, attribute affiliate commission, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising.
Third parties
Payment processing. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. Your card details are entered directly with them and are never stored on our servers. [PAYMENT PROCESSOR NAME] handles that data under its own privacy policy.
Shipping. We share your name, address and phone number with the carrier delivering your order.
Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your IP address and browser information are transmitted to Google when a page loads, under Google’s privacy policy.
Email. Transactional email is sent from our own server. We do not use a third-party marketing platform.
We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep it
Completed order records are retained for 24 months, then anonymised. Cancelled orders are retained for 6 months. Pending and failed orders are retained for one month. Inactive customer accounts are removed after 24 months.
We keep records longer only where tax or legal obligations require it.
Security
Access to customer data is limited to those who need it to fulfil orders and support customers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
Your rights
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Provide a copy of it
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete it, where we are not required to keep it
- Withdraw consent for uses that are not necessary to complete your order

Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this page. The version published at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
