Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship within Canada only. We do not currently ship internationally, and orders with a delivery address outside Canada cannot be completed at checkout.

Rates

A flat rate of $15 CAD applies to all orders. Shipping is free on orders over $200 CAD before tax.

Where a bulk discount brings an order below $200, the flat rate applies. The shipping cost shown at checkout is always the amount charged.

Processing

Orders are prepared for dispatch within [PROCESSING TIME] business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Delivery

Delivery typically takes [DELIVERY ESTIMATE] business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Remote and northern addresses may take longer.

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is with the carrier, transit time is outside our control.

Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no indication of contents.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. We are not able to redirect a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to a reshipping charge.

Lost or delayed shipments

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or a package is marked delivered but not received, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. Carrier investigations can take several business days.
